Our response to COVID-19

1.

Before scanning a customer site, we ensure that our photographers are not experiencing any flu-like symptoms, particularly fever, cough or shortness of breath.

If any of our photographers are experiencing symptoms, we ask that they call their doctor and stay at home.

If, after all attempts, the job cannot be completed, we will reschedule the appointment for a future date that makes sense based on what's going on in your community.
Because the situation is dynamic, we are following the latest guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (United States).

2.

Our photographers review and follow the basic protective measures from WHO before going onsite.

Hands are thoroughly cleaned with an alcohol-based hand rub or washed with soap and water before, during and after the appointment.

3.

Our photographers will refrain from handshakes or physical contact with anyone.

If possible, they will not touch any of the furniture and refrain from onsite staging.

All photographers will be wearing protective gloves and masks at the scanning site.

4.

We are constantly monitoring the news and will comply with any federal or local guidelines and restrictions, including “shelter in place” orders.
